Our client, a well-established fiduciary and trust service provider, is seeking a Client Services Executive / Trust Officer to join their team in Guernsey. The role involves the management, supervision, and coordination of the daily administration of trusts and companies, with full mandate responsibility. This is a full-time position offering the opportunity to work with high-net-worth individuals (HNWI) in a private banking and fiduciary environment. Job Duties: Manage and supervise the daily administration of trusts and companies, taking full responsibility for assigned mandates. Maintain and develop personal contact with clients, advisors, and other related parties, which may include travel. Make fiduciary decisions on assigned mandates within company guidelines. Coordinate mandate-specific transactions with bankers, lawyers, accountants, agents, or consultants. Oversee and control the administrative aspects of assigned mandates, including financial, accounting, and database reviews. Provide technical support to more junior team members.   Job Requirements: 2 to 5 years of experience in the administration of trust and company structures. STEP or ICSA (part) qualified, with a solid fiduciary background. Experience in dealing with high-net-worth individuals in a private banking or fiduciary environment. A strong focus on customer service excellence. Strong analytical skills with the ability to problem-solve and act independently on mandates. Ability to prioritise and plan to complete multiple tasks to a high standard. Reliable, conscientious, and professional. Good communication skills and a team player.
