Our client is seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Service Executive to join their Client Service team within the Personal & Premium Banking sector. This full-time role involves assisting with day-to-day client service operations, managing client banking requirements, and supporting the team during busy periods. The ideal candidate will be client-focused, with strong communication skills and a keen interest in banking. While experience in a banking role is desirable, it is not required. A positive and innovative approach to work is essential. Click here to read more. Job Duties:  Assist with the daily client service needs, ensuring a high level of support is provided. Receive and execute client instructions, including payments, security trades, foreign exchanges, fixed deposits, and corporate actions. Communicate with clients to resolve queries, perform call backs, and arrange online banking activations. Provide support to other team members during peak periods to ensure smooth operations. Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell the bank’s products and services, collaborating with Relationship Managers to convert leads. Contribute towards the bank’s financial targets and actively monitor the revenue generated by your clients. Assist with projects and large-scale system tasks as required. Ensure compliance with all relevant and current rules, regulations, and bank policies in respect of client services. Job Requirements Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Proficient IT skills, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems. Keen interest in banking and a desire to learn about banking products and services. Experience in any banking role is desirable but not required. A proactive approach, with a willingness to suggest new ideas, innovations, and process changes.
