Back to ResultsOur client is seeking a Transfer/Investor Agency Administrator for a full-time, temporary role. They specialise in providing a comprehensive range of corporate and administration services, including fund establishment, regulatory applications, compliance services, and shareholder dealing. Click here to read more. Job Duties: Administer and maintain investor records, ensuring all transactions are accurately processed. Manage shareholder onboarding, including due diligence reviews and KYC processes. Liaise with investors and provide excellent support for their inquiries and transactions. Assist in the preparation of management accounts and financial statements, as well as calculations for solvency or liquidity requirements. Organise and minute board meetings, preparing corporate secretarial documents as required. Ensure that client compliance requirements are met, following internal policies and regulatory standards. Support in NAV production, valuation services, and regular reporting to clients and stakeholders. Job Requirements: Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks, particularly in fund administration. Experience with onboarding investors and conducting due diligence/KYC processes. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Strong communication skills, with a client-centric approach to service. Proficiency in managing financial statements and understanding solvency/liquidity requirements.
