We are seeking an experienced Technical Specialist or Senior Analyst to join their team. This role is focused on delivering high-quality prudential, financial crime, and conduct regulation while safeguarding and enhancing the jurisdiction's international reputation. Click here to read more. Job Duties: Ensure the delivery of high-quality prudential, financial crime, and conduct regulation. Safeguard and enhance the jurisdiction’s international reputation in the financial services sector. Assist with implementing the Balanced Scorecard and achieving business objectives. Investigate and take regulatory action against breaches of regulatory and corporate regimes. Conduct statutory investigations, including site visits, evidence collection, and interviews. Manage regulatory cases and coordinate with the supervisory division as needed. Prepare reports of investigative findings for senior management review. Lead investigations into breaches by licensees, including site visits and interviews. Liaise with international regulators to ensure effective cooperation and information exchange. Assist in developing processes and precedents within the organisation. Demonstrate pragmatic decision-making and leadership throughout investigations.   Job Requirements: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience chairing and contributing to meetings professionally. Proven ability to draft evidence-based reports with clear conclusions and recommendations. Experience in regulatory investigations and working with financial crime teams. Ability to manage multiple cases while adhering to deadlines and regulatory policies. Strong attention to detail, administrative accuracy, and problem-solving skills. Experience liaising with international regulators, licensees, and other professionals. Proactive and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
