Back to ResultsOur client is seeking an Investment Operations Associate with 2+ years of experience in investment operations or related fields. This position involves supporting the investment team in executing and administering investment strategies, managing portfolio data, and ensuring accurate, timely reporting. Job Duties: Assist in managing assigned client portfolios, including preparing and placing investment transactions and following through to settlement. Maintain investment positions on a bespoke Portfolio Management System. Participate in the enhancement of workflows and processes. Review and confirm portfolio NAVs with respective client administrators. Ensure all work adheres to internal and regulatory practices and procedures. Manage cash collection and control of debtors. Assist in preparing or updating materials and action points for client meetings. Prepare client payments in a timely manner. Assist with client audits as needed. Escalate issues to ensure effective solutions are implemented. Prepare statutory and regulatory filings. Handle additional ad-hoc tasks as required. Job Requirements: 2+ years’ experience in investment operations or related fields (e.g. global custody, fund administration, asset management). Basic knowledge of multiple asset classes and the trade cycle of various investment products. Understanding of private equity is beneficial but not essential. Familiarity with performance measurement is an advantage. Excellent knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office products. Strong communication, analytical skills, and attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure, independently, and effectively prioritise and manage workload to meet client needs. A proactive, motivated team player with a flexible attitude to take on additional tasks.
