Our client is seeking a temporary Analyst for a 6 month contract. This role can be full-time or part-time, based in Guernsey, and involves supporting various aspects of the listings process, ensuring regulatory compliance, and contributing to ongoing internal projects. Job Duties:• Processing further issues, partial redemptions, delisting applications, and change requests (e.g., issuer name, registered office)• Peer reviewing listing application documents and conducting risk assessments• Screening and inputting of directors' information• Undertaking risk reviews as required• Supporting ongoing internal projects, including data cleansing and user acceptance testing of a new system• Providing ad hoc support to the Listings and Market Regulation departments Job Requirements:• A Levels or Degree• Experience in related fields such as law, finance, business, or AML/CFT is advantageous• High level of accuracy and attention to detail• Proactive, analytical, and inquisitive approach• Ability to work effectively in a highly regulated environment• Capable of working independently or as part of a team with minimal supervision• Methodical and organised, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines• Strong communication skills What You’ll Love:Whether you are seeking full-time or part-time work, this role offers the chance to develop your skills in a regulated and professional environment.
