Back to ResultsOur client is looking for an experienced Company Secretary to support the trust function during its wind-down process. This is a key role which will provide company secretarial support to a range of in-house regulated companies and committees. Click here to read more. Job Duties: Provide company secretarial support Organise Board and Committee meetings, prepare agendas, and assemble Board and Committee packs Attend meetings, take minutes, prepare minutes, and maintain action point trackers Ensure timely distribution of meeting documentation to Board and Committee members Collaborate closely with the Managing Director to ensure agenda items are relevant and actions are progressed Interact regularly with the company’s new parent to manage increased information requests Contribute to the planning and execution of steps required for the dissolution of entities as part of the wind-down plan Job Requirements: 10+ years of company secretarial experience Strong understanding of regulated entities Ability to manage complex Board and Committee processes Excellent communication and organisational skills What You’ll Love:Our client offers an opportunity to take on key responsibilities within a regulated trust function at a pivotal time in its wind-down process.
