Our client is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to lead a small private client team. This role is focused on managing client relationships as the lead Relationship Manager (RM) for a diverse client portfolio. The successful candidate will report directly to the Director and manage a small team, ensuring the smooth processing of client work and adherence to regulatory requirements.   Job Duties: Act as the first point of contact for various clients. Solve queries and issues raised by a diverse client book. Ensure new business meets company requirements. Assist clients in meeting the Guernsey-regulated aspects of their business needs. Manage the team to process client work efficiently and within deadlines. Identify and implement improvements for greater efficiency in systems and processes. Carry out B signatory responsibilities. Provide cover for the Director when necessary.   Job Requirements: Minimum of five years of experience in trust and company administration, with some exposure to corporate clients. Proven experience in directly managing client relationships. People management experience is preferred. Knowledge of Guernsey protected cell companies is advantageous but not essential. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to overlay compliance and legal solutions.
