Our client is seeking an experienced Digital Audit Manager to join their growing Risk Assurance Practice in the Channel Islands. This full-time role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a variety of audit, regulatory, and financial analyses services, helping clients address complex accounting, financial reporting, and business challenges. Job Duties: Manage Digital Audit work to support external audit engagements. Provide assurance to clients on their internal controls, identifying risks and regulatory obligations. Support business development opportunities and help clients achieve their business aspirations. Provide coaching in controls methodology and risk management procedures to junior team members. Build trust-based relationships with clients for effective internal control adoption. Manage the commercial aspects of engagements, including budgeting. Monitor and manage team workloads, ensuring a balance between client expectations and work-life quality. Keep leadership and engagement management informed of progress and issues.   Job Requirements: ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) or part-qualified and working towards the full qualification. Minimum of five years' experience in IT Audit, with a background in external audit practice at a Big-4 firm. Proven ability to help clients identify risks and develop appropriate controls. Strong client relationship management skills and experience working in complex environments. Project management and analytical skills, with strong time management and flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities.
