Our client is seeking a Finance Business Partnering Senior Associate based in Guernsey. This full-time role offers the opportunity to work closely with leadership to provide key financial insights that will drive business decisions. The position involves working within the Finance and Procurement team, supporting general finance activities and collaborating to build innovative solutions for business growth. Click here to read more. Job Duties: Assist in preparing monthly management accounts, interpreting financial results, and providing commentary and analysis. Monitor financial performance against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Design and implement PowerBI dashboards to meet business management information needs. Develop relationships with wider business support teams to understand and support strategic business imperatives. Work with Finance Managers on revenue and cost budgets, plans, and forecasts. Support the production of forward-looking, insight-driven reports to manage future performance. Provide detailed analysis and business insights for P&L management. Encourage strong financial disciplines and assist in the design and implementation of accounting policies, procedures, and controls. Support the year-end external audit process.   Job Requirements: Qualified accountant with a recognised accounting body. Technology-minded with strong commercial awareness and analytical skills. Understanding and application of accounting standards. Self-starter with a focus on continuous process improvement and driving change through technology. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders. Strong written and verbal communication skills. PowerBI experience (desirable).
