Our client is seeking a Trust Officer to join their independent fiduciary services team. The role is full-time, offering the chance to work closely with a portfolio of clients, ensuring high levels of personalised and efficient service. The Trust Officer will maintain client records, manage financial transactions, and establish rapport with clients and their service providers. Job Duties:  Assist with administration of Trust, Company, and Private Client relationships in line with relevant legal and business agreements. Draft trust and company minutes, as well as correspondence to clients. Handle telephone enquiries with confidence and professionalism. Manage relationships assertively with bankers, accountants, lawyers, and other service providers. Organise and maintain meticulous client records, including correspondence, bank statements, and important documents. Recognise potential issues early, communicating them with colleagues and superiors. Understand trust administration, bookkeeping, and record-keeping techniques. Ensure compliance with company secretarial, anti-money laundering, and regulatory requirements. Provide clear instructions to Trust Administrators and collaborate effectively with senior staff. Assist with additional duties as required.   Job Requirements:  Part-qualified or willing to undertake professional qualifications such as STEP, ICSA, ACCA, or ACA. Previous experience in a Trust Administration role. Strong organisational and time-management skills. Excellent oral and written communication abilities. Ability to work within a busy team environment and manage client portfolios.
