Our client, a young yet highly experienced independent Fiduciary and Fund administration business based in Guernsey, specialises in the venture capital sector. They are seeking a Trainee Fund Administrator to join their growing team. This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity where the successful candidate will study towards a professional qualification and assist in the day-to-day administration of fund clients. Job Duties: Assist with the administration of fund clients, including venture capital funds, management companies, and associated fund vehicles Process fund operations, such as inputting payments, preparing receipt packs, and processing investor changes Maintain investor and fund records in relevant systems Assist with company secretarial matters, including preparing minutes, board packs, and reports Support the team with ad-hoc client requests and project work as required   Job Requirements: Strong organisational and communication skills Good computer literacy and problem-solving abilities Commitment to learning and studying towards a professional qualification Some office-based experience is beneficial but not essential Essential qualifications: GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths A-levels are preferred   What You’ll Love:Our client provides an inclusive and diverse working environment with superb career development opportunities that come with working for a smaller, independent firm.
