Back to ResultsOur client is seeking a Fund Administrator to join their dynamic Fund Administration team, specialising in venture capital. The successful candidate will carry out routine day-to-day administration for a portfolio of clients under the direction of a manager. Click here to read more. Job Duties: Administer a portfolio of clients, including venture capital funds, management companies, and associated fund vehicles, while liaising with clients and third parties Process all aspects of the fund’s operations, including simple investment transactions, inputting payments, preparing receipt packs, and processing investor changes Maintain accurate investor and fund records in relevant systems Assist with company secretarial matters, including the preparation of minutes, board packs, and reports Support regulatory and statutory filings Assist with the induction and training of trainee staff Attend to other ad-hoc client requests and project work as required by the team Job Requirements: Expected to be studying towards a recognised professional qualification such as CGI (ICSA) or equivalent, with a minimum of 1 year’s relevant experience in fund administration or related fields Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills to develop solid working relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders Strong computer literacy and problem-solving abilities Practical experience in, or demonstrable knowledge of, the financial services industry A basic understanding and ability to interpret fund documentation What You’ll Love:Our client provides an inclusive and diverse working environment with superb career development opportunities that come with working for a smaller, independent firm.
