Our client is seeking a Senior Administrator to provide essential administrative support to their Retirement and Savings Client Relationship team. This full-time role involves the accurate and timely processing of administration requests related to retirement and savings portfolios. Click here to read more.   Job Duties: Provide administrative support to the Retirement & Savings Client Relationship team, ensuring tasks are completed in line with Service Level Agreements. Manage and process retirement and savings premiums, including transactions such as new joiners, surrenders, allocations, and switch/redirection requests. Monitor the online service centre, processing change requests promptly. Reconcile premiums, maintain suspense accounts, and ensure accurate fee account reconciliation. Monitor debtors, coordinate debt collection, and manage the referral process. Support day-end processing, including fund pricing input and verification. Collaborate with colleagues across different regions to ensure the effective management of the client portfolio. Develop and maintain operational processes and procedures, updating them as needed to enhance efficiency. Produce operational reports accurately and on time. Understand and apply Client Due Diligence requirements, assisting with client risk assessments. Participate in projects, including system development and testing, to ensure efficient operations.   Job Requirements: Ideally, two years’ experience within the finance industry. Line management experience is desirable. Knowledge of banking, international banking, or investment administration is beneficial. Operational experience in a fund or pension processing environment. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and CRM systems. Strong attention to detail with excellent time management and organisational skills. Results-oriented, able to handle high volumes of work under tight deadlines. A self-starter with the ability to work independently. Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
