Our client is seeking a Trainee Trust Officer to join their Private Wealth department in Guernsey. In this role, you will provide high-quality trust administration services, ensuring client satisfaction and compliance with company procedures. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of clients' affairs, maintaining accurate client records, and handling administrative tasks within set timeframes. Click here to read more.   Job Duties: Manage the day-to-day administration of clients' affairs in line with the terms of appointment. Maintain client records according to company procedures. Complete administrative tasks within agreed deadlines. Ensure group procedures are followed and suggest improvements where applicable. Collaborate with colleagues to manage workload, seeking advice when necessary. Provide a high level of service to clients, colleagues, and advisers. Comply with all responsibilities outlined in the operational procedures. Undertake other duties as reasonably requested.   Job Requirements: Strong organisational and prioritisation skills to manage caseloads effectively. High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks. Excellent interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients, advisers, and colleagues. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Proactive mindset, with the ability to use initiative and make decisions. Good technical knowledge of administering offshore structures. Commitment to integrity, resilience, and flexibility in managing day-to-day demands. Willingness to pursue relevant professional qualifications. Creative thinker, capable of delivering innovative solutions. Positive and adaptable approach to work, with a focus on supporting colleagues.
