Our client is seeking a dedicated Trust Officer / Administrator, depending on experience, to join their Client Services team. This role involves providing general administration to a defined portfolio of clients, with support from other team members. The successful candidate will offer assistance to senior team members with day-to-day client administration and ad-hoc duties, ensuring smooth operations across the business. Click here to read more. Job Duties: Administer a portfolio of clients efficiently and accurately. Support the Finance and Accounting team by uploading payments in a timely and accurate manner. Ensure bookkeeping is up to date, liaising with the Finance & Accounting team as needed. Set up and maintain statutory records and assist with the formation of limited companies and new trusts. Liaise with internal and external clients, third parties, and professional intermediaries. Ensure client information is up to date in the client database. Act as a responsible ‘B’ signatory and manage compliance activities. Assist with compliance and health and safety requirements, keeping up to date with policies and mandatory training. Attend relevant courses to develop knowledge as required by your Line Manager or Directors. Provide support in training and supervising junior members of the team (for Trust Officer level).   Job Requirements: Working towards or already holding a professional qualification relevant to the role (e.g. ICSA, STEP, CAT). 2+ years’ relevant experience for Trust Administrator, 5+ years’ experience for Trust Officer. Strong attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple tasks. Proficiency in using document management systems and Microsoft Office applications. Effective communication and the ability to work collaboratively with team members and external clients.
