Back to ResultsAn export investment non profit organisation, with a unique global network is looking to hire an IT systems engineer with a focus on Cloud.
The successful candidate will implement and maintain the existing IT infrastructure (network, firewall, WAN, LAN, WLAN, VPN, VLAN, SD-WAN etc.) on-premises and in the Cloud. Design and extend the Cloud architecture with a focus on Azure, Intune, Entra, Teams etc. Manage projects including conception, design and extensive change requests. Engineer future-oriented solutions and automation/digitalisation of existing and new infrastructures and their systems. Take responsibility for licence management within Enterprise Agreements (EA) and Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) models. Ensure compliance with applicable standards and guidelines and architectural principles. Continuously monitor innovations in the Microsoft 365/Azure environment and targeted introduction. Coach and advise various stakeholders on cross-departmental topics and ensure know-how transfer regarding methods, processes and technologies. Identify areas of action to improve the employee experience and the efficiency and effectiveness of resource use within the core company and in the external network. Analyse and define requirements for projects and processes (Requirements Engineering). Provide 1st and 2nd level support. Provide operational support of the Azure Virtual Desktop infrastructure.
To be suitable for this role, you will have completed further training in computer science, business informatics or in a comparable field. Several years of experience in the development, optimisation and expansion of IT architectures, IT infrastructure and business applications as well as extensive knowledge of the cloud (Microsoft 365/Azure). In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructures, networks, operating systems and IT applications (ELO, PrimeDocs, ERP). Experience in evaluating architectures and solutions with regard to their impact on security and compliance. Several years of experience as an IT architect, Cloud engineer or systems engineer. Microsoft SureStep experience is desirable. Excellent German and English communication and presentation skills.
We can only consider applicants who are a Swiss national or are currently based in Switzerland. This role can be at 80 or 100%.
