Our client is expanding their Human Resources team and is seeking an experienced Human Resources Administrator who holds a CIPD Level 3 qualification or has equivalent experience. The role requires a high level of organisation, as well as the ability to manage and maintain Human Resources policies and processes effectively. This is a full-time position with responsibilities that contribute to the smooth functioning of Human Resources operations. Click here to read more. Job Duties:  Assist with maintaining Human Resources policies, procedures, and processes to manage the Human Resources requirements. Ensure comprehensive understanding and adherence to Human Resources standards, processes, and procedures. Create, maintain, and enhance working relationships with key contacts across the business. Assist with the recruitment and selection process. Support in ensuring the payroll and Human Resources system remains accurate at all times.   Job Requirements:  High levels of accuracy and attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Effective teamworking abilities. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality. Proficient in IT.
