Our client, based in Guernsey, is seeking a Systems Analyst / Programmer to join their Risk and Operations division. Reporting to the Head of Online and Support Services, this role will be responsible for analysing, designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining technology solutions that support the delivery of high-quality prudential, financial crime, and conduct regulation. The successful candidate will work with various stakeholders, including end users, developers, and project managers, to ensure solutions align with the organisation's mission and technical standards. Click here to read more.   Job Duties: Collaborate with end users, developers, business analysts, and project managers to provide technical input and task estimates Analyse and contribute to technical specifications and solutions Follow coding and testing practices to ensure high-quality standards in development Evaluate third-party tools and make recommendations Setup, configure, and maintain in-house systems Assist with testing and implementation of SharePoint and CRM updates Troubleshoot online services environment problems Develop lifecycle documentation to support system design and deployment Maintain knowledge of the development platform, software, and infrastructure Proactively approach tasks, understanding broader project deliverables   Job Requirements: Experience with UML / Archimate, desirable Familiarity with development protocols and tools, desirable Experience with Selenium, desirable Experience in Dynamics 365 CRM or SharePoint development/administration, advantageous Proficiency in ASP.Net MVC with Angular, advantageous Knowledge of MS SQL Server, advantageous Familiarity with Azure Services, advantageous Strong communication skills to keep IT Management informed of risks, issues, and opportunities Ability to collaborate effectively with IT department staff and other developers   What You’ll Love: This role offers the chance to play a key part in maintaining and enhancing the jurisdiction’s reputation.
