Back to ResultsOur client, based in Guernsey, is looking for a Senior / Business Analyst to join their Risk and Operations division. Reporting to the Head of Online and Support Services, this role is essential in supporting the development and maintenance of the organisation's Information Systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the systems meet the supervisory requirements of the Commission and enhance overall business processes. Click here to read more. Job Duties: Support the development and functionality of Information Systems Conduct early and final user acceptance testing for systems Document opportunities for system improvements and business process enhancements Coordinate the development and support activities for Information Systems Identify IT team work streams and manage responsibilities accordingly Provide guidance to other Business Analysts and assist with training new staff Participate in working group meetings to refine system requirements Develop guidance materials and assist in the delivery of training programmes Ensure written communication is clear, concise, and professional Job Requirements: Proven experience in business analysis, particularly with Information Systems Strong analytical skills to identify user requirements and testing outcomes Ability to document opportunities for system and process improvements Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at various levels Experience coordinating and managing system development activities Capable of mentoring and providing support to team members Knowledge of regulatory laws, rules, and guidance What You’ll Love: This role offers the chance to play a key part in maintaining and enhancing the jurisdiction’s reputation.
