Back to ResultsOur client is seeking a Change Management Specialist to join their Technology and Transformation team. As part of their dynamic organisation, the successful candidate will drive and manage key organisational change initiatives, focusing on the implementation of new technology solutions. The role requires working closely with stakeholders across the firm to develop change management strategies, ensuring seamless integration and adoption of these initiatives. Click here to read more. Job Duties: Lead the development and implementation of change management strategies to support the firm’s transformation initiatives Collaborate with project teams to align technology solutions with the firm's overall strategy Conduct change impact assessments to evaluate effects on individuals, teams, and the wider business Create and manage communication plans to engage stakeholders and maintain support throughout the change process Provide coaching and guidance to project teams and leaders on change management best practices Monitor change initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and adjusting strategies as necessary Foster collaboration across various teams, including IT specialists and project managers, ensuring alignment with wider project goals Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field e.g. business, technology, organisational psychology or equivalent practical experience Professional qualifications such as Prosci or similar in change management Demonstrable experience as a Change Manager within the technology and transformation sectors Strong understanding of change management methodologies and tools Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels Proven experience in conducting change impact assessments and developing change management interventions Leadership abilities with a strong capacity to guide teams through the change process Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to assess and mitigate risks Adaptability and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment What You’ll Love: Joining our client’s Technology and Transformation team offers the opportunity to be at the heart of digital transformation within a forward-thinking professional services firm.
