Our client is seeking a Credit Card Analyst to join their credit card team. Click here to read more.   Job Duties Review credit card applications, including relevant checks, reviews, and credit limit calculations. Assist customers with digital onboarding, app queries, and other services. Respond to customer enquiries via email and telephone. Handle customer queries related to credit card transactions. Investigate and resolve disputes as they arise. Assist in setting up and managing direct debits. Contribute to enhancing the product and service proposition.   Job Requirements Strong analytical skills with a keen interest in credit card support. Desire to build knowledge of financial crime and fraud risk. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience. Strong problem-solving, organisational, time management, and delegation skills.
