Our client is seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking individual to join their Technology and Transformation team as a Business Enablement Innovator. This is a full-time position, with contracted hours of 37.5 per week. The role involves driving innovation and implementing transformative solutions within the organisation. Job Duties Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into innovative solutions. Manage day-to-day communication with stakeholders. Build and maintain a network through collaboration with key contacts to stay informed of technological advancements and internal service improvements. Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement within business enablement. Conduct feasibility studies and proof-of-concept experiments to assess the potential of new ideas. Develop and prototype new ideas using emerging technologies and best practices. Set up and manage projects to deliver innovative solutions. Collaborate with IT teams, process owners, and other stakeholders to implement and deploy solutions. Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented solutions and make necessary improvements. Document and communicate project progress, findings, and outcomes to stakeholders and management. Design and implement change management strategies, assessing the impact of changes on business operations. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technology and transformation to enhance the business analysis approach. Job Requirements Proven experience in driving innovation and implementing transformative solutions within a similar department. Strong knowledge of business processes, systems, and technologies. Familiarity with emerging technologies such as automation, digital transformation, and data analytics. Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills. Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentational skills. Ability to adapt to change and continuously learn. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Experience with data analysis and visualisation.
