Back to ResultsOur client is seeking a proactive and customer-focused individual to join their Client Service team as a Customer Service Executive. In this role, you will assist clients with their day-to-day banking requirements, ensuring efficient and professional service delivery. You will manage client instructions, resolve queries, and collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations. Job Duties: Assist clients with daily banking services. Receive and execute client instructions including payments, security trades, foreign exchanges, fixed deposits, and corporate actions. Communicate with clients to resolve queries, perform call-backs, and arrange online banking activations. Provide support to team members during busy periods. Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell banking products and services, working closely with Relationship Managers to convert leads. Contribute towards the bank’s financial targets and manage the revenue of your assigned clients. Assist with projects and large-scale system tasks as needed. Ensure adherence to relevant rules, regulations, and bank policies in handling client accounts. Job Requirements: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a team. Proficient IT skills. Interest in banking and a desire to learn about banking products and services. Previous experience in a banking role (desirable but not essential). Proactive approach to suggesting new ideas, innovation, and process improvements. Enthusiasm for change and an ability to think outside the box.
