Our client is seeking a detail-oriented KYC Quality Assurance File Evaluator on a temporary basis. The role involves conducting risk-based quality checks on KYC activities, ensuring all due diligence measures are adhered to for corporate, trustee, and individual customers. You will be responsible for reviewing and analysing documents, identifying risk profiles, and ensuring compliance with AML and due diligence regulations. Job Duties:  Conduct quality assurance reviews on KYC activities for individual and corporate customers using relevant tools and investigation methods. Analyse corporate structures and perform risk assessments as part of scheduled reviews or trigger events. Determine risk profiles and ensure adherence to AML and fraud control regulations, referring to MLRO/MLCO when necessary. Complete compliance testing accurately and within set timelines. Update customer profiles and escalate any gaps in data or documentation with relevant teams. Provide management information on the progress of scheduled reviews. Contact customers when required to gather additional information or documentation. Store review evidence according to defined procedures. Collaborate with Compliance, Operational, and Regional teams to ensure operational alignment. Support operational team training where necessary. Job Requirements:  Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Results-driven with excellent time management skills. Self-motivated and capable of working independently. Continuous improvement mindset and ability to establish strong relationships across various regions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ideally two years of experience within the finance industry with a strong understanding of CDD/AML requirements. Certificate or diploma in a relevant subject. Knowledge of regulatory compliance and risk reviews, particularly with corporate structures. Proficient in Microsoft 365, Adobe, and other relevant digital tools.
