Back to ResultsOur client is looking for a Business Support Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to two board-level directors and the wider senior management team. This role, based in Guernsey, involves a variety of tasks aimed at supporting business development and commercial activities. The role is full-time, working 36.25 hours per week, and is available on a hybrid basis. You will play a key part in maintaining a seamless and efficient service to internal and external clients. Job Duties: Maintain business development calendars and organise logistics for meetings and events Prepare, review, and proof-read presentations, agendas, reports, and correspondence Coordinate travel arrangements and manage end-to-end itineraries Act as the point of contact between internal and external stakeholders Assist with project-based work and team meeting logistics Process expenses for directors and manage business development meeting logistics Ensure CRM systems (such as Salesforce) are kept up to date and track new business pipelines Assist with new business proposals and pitch documentation Support event planning and internal committee initiatives Maintain electronic filing systems and follow group internal procedures Job Requirements: Positive, proactive attitude with strong problem-solving skills Ability to manage workload independently and meet deadlines Experience in a similar role, supporting senior leadership Strong organisational, planning, and interpersonal skills Excellent systems knowledge, including CRM systems such as Salesforce Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint Attention to detail and confidentiality skills Strong academic background and an interest in business development What You’ll Love:Our client offers a dynamic and professional environment where you can develop your skills while working closely with senior leaders.
