This critical position involves ensuring that the organisation operates an effective internal control framework and manages risks in line with its risk appetite. Click here to read more.   Job Duties: Successfully implement the Risk Management Framework across all areas of the business. Undertake thematic reviews, ensuring that findings are followed up and that business improvements are implemented. Provide oversight of the regulatory reporting timetable, ensuring contributors are informed in advance of requirements. Oversee the effective operation of the Third Party Risk Management Framework, ensuring all relationships are managed according to framework expectations. Manage and maintain customer confidentiality and data integrity.   Job Requirements:  Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships within the team and the wider business. Line management experience, including day-to-day performance management and setting team objectives. Desirable project management skills. Ability to meet deadlines effectively. Proven track record in delivering excellent service to customers and/or stakeholders.
