Our client, a Guernsey-based, family-owned independent fiduciary and fund administration business, specialises in the venture capital world. As part of their highly experienced team, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality fund administration services within a fast-paced and competitive environment. The Senior Fund Administrator will manage a portfolio of clients, including venture capital funds and management companies, while supporting the wider fund team. Job Duties: Administer a portfolio of clients, including venture capital funds, management companies, and associated fund vehicles. Liaise with clients and third parties, handling all aspects of fund operations including investment transactions, payments, receipts, and investor transactions. Process complex fund operations, such as the setup and licensing of new entities, applications to tax authorities, and collation of due diligence documents. Maintain investor and fund records, ensuring all changes are processed in a timely manner. Ensure regulatory and statutory filings are completed promptly. Co-ordinate company secretarial matters, including preparation of minutes, board packs, and reports. Liaise with clients, tax advisors, lawyers, and other third parties on fund operation matters under the guidance of a manager. Mentor junior staff, providing support and guidance. Attend to ad-hoc client requests and other duties as required by the team, including project work.   Job Requirements: A self-starter with the ability to work independently and accurately under pressure. Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills to develop strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders. Strong computer literacy and problem-solving skills. Practical experience or demonstrable knowledge of the financial services industry. Studying towards or holding a recognised professional qualification such as CGI (ICSA), ACCA, ACA, or at least 3 years' relevant experience in fund administration.
