Back to ResultsOur client is seeking a Sales and Marketing Executive to join their team. The role involves full-time responsibilities in lead generation, sales engagement, and onboarding. The individual will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to enhance the company’s presence in various marketplaces. Click here to read more. Job Duties: Monitor the MPP environment and propose new opportunities where applicable. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to efficiently complete the onboarding of new marketplaces. List new products in a timely and accurate manner as soon as they become available. Update product pages with any required changes promptly and accurately. Monitor competitor activity to ensure that listings remain competitive and differentiated. Continually optimise product merchandising to utilise all available platform functionality. Ensure that available promotional functionality on each platform is used for maximum commercial return on investment. Propose profitable promotions based on identified trends and opportunities. Closely monitor promotional spending to maximise any available budget. Work alongside the Sales and Marketing Designer to produce exceptional marketplace designs that achieve the highest possible commercial return. Maintain good account health across all marketplaces by monitoring customer feedback, reviews, and queries, ensuring they are addressed swiftly and efficiently. Monitor excess and aged inventory to minimise potential write-offs and utilise this stock to drive new customer engagement. Ensure that customer queries received via marketplace platforms are dealt with swiftly and accurately. Share any useful customer feedback with other commercial teams. Support the Head of Sales and Marketing in commercial planning and monitoring the sales budget. Assist the Sales and Marketing Team in analysing and reporting on trading performance on a weekly and monthly basis. Immerse in the marketplace trading environment to ensure a market-leading approach, attending relevant webinars and conferences as appropriate. Job Requirements: Knowledge of Amazon and other marketplaces. Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills. Ability to work independently as well as within a team. Conscientious, hard-working, and diligent. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Enthusiastic about the health and nutrition industry.
