Our client is seeking a Fiduciary Manager for their Family Office in Guernsey. This is a full-time position reporting to a Partner or Director within the Family Office team, with responsibility for the management and development of more junior team members. Job Duties:  Build and maintain relationships with Senior Client Relationship Managers (CRMs), including communication with clients and their advisers. Administer a portfolio of trusts, companies, and foundations, including formation and termination across various jurisdictions. Draft and check documents such as resolutions, loan agreements, and property transaction documents. Provide guidance and training to junior team members, offering technical assistance and reviewing documentation as needed. Manage risk in administering structures, ensuring adherence to internal procedures. Organise and prioritise daily operations to align with business plans and enhance procedures. Manage a team of trust administrators, conducting appraisals, and career development plans. Recruit and monitor performance of team members. Ensure compliance with Group standards and legal requirements. Oversee transfers of entities between administrators and manage key relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Job Requirements:  Minimum 8-10 years’ experience in the Financial Services industry. Relevant professional qualification (e.g., STEP, ICSA, ACCA, IoD). Proven experience managing teams, ideally over a 10-year period. Strong technical understanding and application of trust and fiduciary services. Excellent risk and compliance knowledge. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Strong commercial awareness with sound understanding of financial markets and accounting. Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to mentor and lead a team.
