Our client is seeking a Senior Administrator within their portfolio management team for an interesting and varied role covering operations, governance, client administration, and customer support. Job Duties: Handle securities operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in daily processes. Manage client administration and provide high-quality customer support. Assist in governance tasks related to portfolio management. Prioritise workload to meet the demands of the team and clients. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for smooth operational flow. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Contribute to process improvement and operational efficiency. Job Requirements: Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant IT platforms. Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment. Desire to pursue relevant qualifications (study support available).
