Back to ResultsOur client is seeking a dedicated Receptionist to provide professional front-desk support and general office duties for all departments. This is a full-time position reporting to the Office Manager and offers a variety of responsibilities including administrative support, handling incoming calls, and managing office spaces. Click here to read more. Job Duties: Organise outgoing mail and liaise with courier companies. Scan and electronically store documents, updating databases as needed. Respond to incoming telephone calls and forward them to the relevant parties. Meet and greet visitors professionally and in a friendly manner. Organise and manage meeting room bookings, including setting up equipment and cleaning after meetings. Open and close physical files as required. Collect mail from third parties and act as a messenger. Perform photocopying and general administrative duties. Handle administrative data tasks related to client structures. Respond to internal queries regarding records or data. Provide cover for the Office Manager when necessary. Undertake project work, including data entry and data cleanse activities for administration teams. Scrutinise and update databases to ensure records are accurate. Prepare and organise data and documentation. Perform other related duties as required by management. Job Requirements: Minimum of 5 GCSEs (grade C or above), including English and Maths. Experience with basic administrative tasks and previous receptionist experience. Familiarity with document management or client administration systems. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Strong organisational and communication skills. Attention to detail and good social and presentation skills.
