Our client is seeking a Process Automation Specialist to develop and support the Enate workflow system to meet the needs of business stakeholders. This full-time role involves supporting prioritisation, resolving Level 3 production issues, enhancing product functionality, and providing training on the system. The specialist will also contribute to technical initiatives, ensuring optimal use of the Enate workflow solution while adhering to IT processes and governance standards. Click here to read more.   Job Duties: Develop and configure the Enate workflow system according to the business roadmap. Support prioritisation forums with the user base and provide input on business cases. Identify and implement new opportunities for RPA and workflow systems. Address Level 3 production issues and change requests, collaborating with the Service Delivery team. Engage with vendors as necessary to resolve technical issues. Provide training and education on the efficient use of the Enate system to stakeholders. Maintain system documentation and ensure adherence to IT processes and guidelines. Support continuous improvement initiatives aligned with strategic objectives. Contribute to a culture of risk awareness and corporate governance, implementing risk mitigation controls. Report and resolve operational risk events in a timely manner.   Job Requirements: Relevant third-level degree qualification in IT or equivalent. At least 1 year of experience in application support, business/system analysis, testing, or development. Strong ability to analyse business needs and design innovative solutions. Excellent team collaboration and interpersonal skills across different organisational levels. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines with strong attention to detail. Enthusiastic, organised, and self-motivated with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong numerical and presentation skills.
