Our client is seeking a temporary receptionist to provide cover from 30th October to 18th November, with additional training days on 28th and 29th October. This role involves meeting and greeting visitors, managing phone calls, and assisting with meeting room setups. It is a short-term, full-time position requiring excellent communication and organisational skills. Click here to read more.   Job Duties: Meet and greet all visitors at reception. Answer and transfer internal and external phone calls, including client queries. Set up and clear meeting rooms, including arranging coffee and water. Assist with booking, amending, and cancelling meeting rooms as required. Prepare outgoing post and manage couriers when necessary.   Job Requirements: Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Organisational skills with attention to detail.
