Back to ResultsOur client is seeking a Private Banker to manage and develop a portfolio of high-net-worth (HNW) clients, family offices, and professional clients. This full-time role involves working closely with various departments to ensure a seamless client experience and generate new business opportunities. The successful candidate will play a key role in building and maintaining strong client relationships while ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. Click here to read more. Job Duties: Manage and develop a portfolio of HNW clients, family offices, and professional clients. Introduce and promote the bank's services, including current and savings accounts, FX, debit cards, real estate and lending, investment trading, and asset finance. Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through proactive relationship management and excellent service delivery. Generate leads and referrals to internal business partners and wealth referrals to strategic partners. Collaborate with other departments to enhance client service and business development. Provide tailored financial solutions to meet clients' unique needs. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies. Conduct annual and periodic risk reviews and monitor transactions. Organise and attend bank and industry events. Carry out ad hoc tasks and manage related projects as required. Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or relevant industry qualification (e.g., CFP, IAD, STEP). Proven experience managing HNW clients, family offices, and professional clients. Strong understanding of financial products and services. Knowledge of lending parameters and products to generate lending opportunities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines. Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across departments. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. High level of integrity and professionalism. Good understanding of the local Jersey marketplace, including residents, businesses, and industries.
