Chief Executive Officer
Guernsey Post is a well-established postal service provider dedicated to serving the Bailiwicks community. We are committed to delivering quality, reliability, and innovative services that support both personal and business needs. As we evolve with the changing landscape of communications and logistics, we are looking for a visionary Chief Executive Officer to lead the organisation into its next chapter of growth and success.
The Role: As the CEO of Guernsey Post, you will be the strategic leader responsible for driving the organisations long-term vision while ensuring operational excellence. Reporting to the Board of Directors, you will oversee all aspects of the business. The CEO will lead the executive team in navigating the changing postal industry, fostering a positive work culture, relations with the organisations Trade Unions, ensuring Guernsey Post remains a trusted
and valuable part of the islands infrastructure.
About You: You will have proven experience in senior leadership roles, demonstrating the ability to lead through change, engage employees and communicate vision, preferably within the logistics, postal or a related industry. You will have a strong track record of driving strategic growth, commercial initiatives, innovation, and operational improvements, with excellent communication, stakeholder management and team leadership skills. An understanding of the challenges and opportunities in the postal and logistics sector, including digital transformation is essential.
