Our client is looking for a Customer Services Advisor to join their Customer Experience Team working in Guernsey, working 37 hours per week on a shift rota basis.

We are looking for candidates who would like to feel connected to future technologies and change, global opportunities, personal development, and you will be working in a great team.

The ideal individual would hold the following skills: a passion for putting the customer first and achieving customer focussed outcomes whilst having high levels of empathy, excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to translate the complex into more easily understood terms. 

You will need to be well organised and methodical, driven to produce accurate and quality work, and be self-motivated and driven to take responsibility for customer issues, seeing them through to completion. 

To drive the role forward, the individual will provide an efficient and professional service to customers over the phone or online, supporting customer queries, faults, and requests for service. You will strive for customer excellence and ensure all customers are dealt with efficiently and in a welcoming and friendly way.
