Back to ResultsOur client is looking for a Publications and Documentation Officer to assist in producing a wide range of client and corporate documentation and publications. This is a full-time role, though part-time will be considered for the right candidate. The role offers flexible working hours and will involve collaborating across the group, including with Island Global Research, on tasks such as designing client documentation, updating corporate publications, managing social media content, and supporting PR activities. Click here to read more. Job Duties: Assist with the design and production of client documentation, including booklets, reports, presentations, and creating fillable PDF forms. Support the production and updating of documents across the group, including quarterly newsletters. Manage social media content and blog posts for the group, including the design and production of posts. Design artwork for adverts, posters, and other marketing materials. Assist in creating and sending communication campaigns using email marketing software. Support PR activities and general communication efforts within the company. Assist with video and animation production using PowerPoint, voiceover software, and digital content tools. Help rebrand pension documentation, including booklets and forms. Job Requirements: Relevant qualifications or experience in design software, such as InDesign, Illustrator, and/or Photoshop. Proofreading experience is beneficial but not essential. Experience in document production and amendments is desirable. Familiarity with PowerPoint is beneficial. Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks. Ability to work efficiently, meeting deadlines for amending documentation. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Flexibility in managing workloads with varying deadlines.
