Our client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support the Executive Committee, senior members of the business, central service functions, corporate parent stakeholders, and third parties. This role partners with business customers across the Captive and Commercial segments to identify, shape, and deliver fit-for-purpose solutions that meet business needs and drive measurable value. You will play a key role in standardising new business processes and enabling successful change initiatives. Click here to read more.   Job Duties: Identify opportunities to standardise and streamline business processes, leveraging service centres where appropriate. Review business processes to identify and address operational, financial, and technological risks. Advise on the reuse of existing business processes and solutions across different regions. Manage and monitor daily operational processes, ensuring any failures are resolved. Help the business scope out requirements and adopt new solutions in line with company standards. Provide support and advice related to solutions design and delivery to ensure successful project outcomes. Perform testing of new application releases prior to production. Promote the reuse of existing solutions and alignment with policy to reduce duplication of efforts. Train service centre and operations staff on relevant processes, procedures, and applications. Facilitate new starter onboarding and induction related to systems and processes. Work closely with the technology team to demonstrate the value of technology to the business. Manage conversions and implementations of new clients or business for existing clients onto production systems.   Job Requirements: Educated to degree level or equivalent (desirable). Professional qualification in Business/Finance or related field (e.g., Accounting, Insurance). Expertise in documenting processes, procedures, and controls. Experience in system and process implementation. Understanding of insurance-related accounting processes and principles. Broad knowledge of the financial services and general insurance/reinsurance sector. Familiarity with regulatory environments and financial crime, AML, and data protection practices. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and people management skills. Ability to adapt, be flexible, and constructively challenge when needed. Strong sense of ownership and accountability. Eligible to work in the required location.
