Our client is seeking a Senior Associate Human Capital to join their Business Enablement team. This is a full-time role, working 37.5 hours per week. The successful candidate will provide efficient support to employees throughout the entire employee lifecycle. They will work closely with HC Managers and the HC Senior Manager to implement the People Strategy through various projects, including annual pay reviews, benefits schemes, and performance management. This role also involves managing employee relations, absence management, and ensuring compliance with employment legislation. Click here to read more Job Duties:  Collaborating with HC Managers and Senior Managers on People Strategy projects, including: Annual pay review and benefit schemes Performance management Employee relations, including PIPs, investigations, disciplinary matters, and grievances Absence management, such as long-term sickness, wellbeing, high absence levels, and extended leave Employee engagement, wellbeing, and diversity and inclusion initiatives Managing job change processes, including internal transfers, leavers, and onboarding of new joiners Reviewing policies and procedures to ensure legislative compliance, and updating the Employment Manual as needed Assisting with processes such as maternity/paternity leave, exit interviews, onboarding, complex sickness cases, and probationary periods Serving as a super user for Workday and other HC systems, and contributing to HC reporting and analytics Supporting HC compliance through audits Working with the SDC team to deliver HR administration for long service, probation management, and reference requests Embedding our client’s culture, values, and behaviours within the organisation Participating in additional project work and ad hoc tasks as required   Job Requirements:  Minimum of 2 years' experience in a HC generalist role Strong knowledge of local or UK employment legislation, with experience in managing Employee Relations Experience in delivering HC projects, with solid project management skills Ability to work with, advise, and influence stakeholders credibly Strong reporting and analytical skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team Resilience and the ability to manage high-pressure situations in a dynamic environment Appreciation of a diverse and inclusive mindset Proven ability to manage complex and sometimes conflicting demands Proactive and self-motivated approach, with enthusiasm and energy for the role Professional, resourceful approach with an ability to build rapport at all levels Understanding of HC systems and their interaction with other organisational systems Strong ability to leverage technology High attention to detail   What You’ll Love:Our client offers a dynamic and supportive environment, focused on professional growth and development.
