Our client is seeking a motivated Performance Manager with a strong financial background to join their Management Team. This role presents an excellent opportunity for someone looking to drive strategic and tactical decisions in an insurance environment, optimise pricing and product propositions, and enhance portfolio performance. Working closely with the Managing Director and Commercial Director, the successful candidate will lead a team to drive profitability and governance across broker distribution channels, while taking ownership of board sub-committees and contributing to the main Board.
