Our client is seeking a skilled eDiscovery Project Manager to lead the management of eDiscovery projects from inception to completion. This role is central to ensuring that data handling, document review, and project workflows are managed effectively to meet client needs and maintain best practices in line with legal standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in overseeing eDiscovery processes, managing client relationships, and working with leading eDiscovery platforms. Click here to read more   Job Duties: Lead end-to-end management of eDiscovery projects, including project scoping, budgeting, and timeline management Oversee data collection and preservation, ensuring defensibility and accuracy in maintaining chain-of-custody Manage eDiscovery platforms, ensuring that data is processed, loaded, and maintained accurately for review and analysis Design and implement workflows for document review, aligning processes with best practices and firm policies Coordinate with external service providers for services like electronic disclosure, translations, and forensic analysis Conduct quality control checks on processed data and document review output, maintaining project specifications and accuracy Generate reports and provide status updates to clients and internal teams as required Provide user support and training on eDiscovery tools and platforms, troubleshooting issues and managing client and team expectations   Job Requirements: Solid knowledge of eDiscovery, supported by a relevant qualification (e.g., Certified E-Discovery Specialist) and/or experience with eDiscovery platforms like Disco, Relativity, and Nuix Proven experience in managing complex eDiscovery projects from start to finish, with the ability to handle competing priorities and meet deadlines Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently under pressure Effective problem-solving skills and communication abilities, with a clear approach to project and client management Understanding of related technologies used in law firms for digital evidence, including computer forensics and electronic bundling solutions   What You’ll Love:Our client is a leading offshore law firm with a commitment to inclusivity, team spirit, and professional growth.
