Our client is seeking a skilled and organised Senior Manager of Trust Operations to support Trust teams and drive continuous improvement in operational processes and client service. This is a permanent, full-time role (Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00 with a one-hour lunch break). Reporting to the Director, the role includes leadership responsibilities and the opportunity to manage direct reports. It requires close collaboration with senior leaders in key areas, including Compliance, Finance, and New Business, and calls for an interest or background in technology and enterprise software solutions. Click here to read more   Job Duties: Develop, refine, and monitor Trust operational processes, with a focus on ongoing improvements. Provide training, guidance, and technical support to Trust teams to ensure high standards and compliance. Act as an "A" Signatory and manage high-level client relationships with the support of a Trust Manager. Support HR and senior leadership with management and training initiatives. Collaborate with senior leaders across departments, including Accounting, Compliance, and Tax. Manage direct reports as needed, including support and operations staff. Develop, monitor, and refine performance metrics related to financial and commercial success (e.g., billing processes, timesheet management, aged debt). Oversee quarter-end and annual billing processes with the Accounting and Finance teams. Lead project and change management initiatives related to IT, software implementation, and operational processes. Work with both internal and external stakeholders on technology integration projects, including enterprise software. Oversee implementation of new technologies or processes to boost operational efficiency. Ensure effective functioning, data integrity, and security of trust administration systems.   Job Requirements: Proven experience in Trust Operations or a related field, ideally with an operations and client-facing background. Familiarity with systems such as Nav 1, Viewpoint, 5 Series, and Flying Boat. Advanced communication and collaboration skills, with an ability to work across functional teams. Strong analytical skills and critical problem-solving capabilities. High proficiency in IT, with intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
