Our client is seeking a temporary Document Management Administrator to join their team on a full-time basis for an initial period of 2-3 months. This role involves managing incoming correspondence, updating patient records, and ensuring efficient document distribution. Click here to read more   Job Duties: Manage and distribute incoming documents and courier deliveries, assigning them to relevant Clinical and Administration staff. Update patient records with new diagnoses, personal details, and other relevant information. Participate actively in the 'Practice Improvement Plan' and maintain collaborative and open communication within the team. Read code medical information into patient records accurately. Engage in Health and Safety and Risk Management training, staying up to date with best practices.   Job Requirements: Minimum of three years of administration experience, ideally with some background knowledge in medical administration. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and typing skills. Effective verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
