Our client is seeking a Senior Manager in Operations & Risk to lead the development, implementation, and embedding of a comprehensive Risk Management Framework. This full-time role involves working with directors, managing risk processes, producing insightful risk analysis, and reporting across both financial and non-financial risk areas. Collaboration with the Group Compliance and Risk teams and engagement with key stakeholders will be crucial in this position. Click here to read more   Job Duties: Develop risk policies, procedures, and guidance in alignment with Group Risk policies Support the business in implementing effective controls to mitigate risks Ensure adequate assurance over key controls, including designing necessary testing Collate and report on key risk indicators to business and group committees Perform risk analysis to identify trends and potential issues Manage the Dynamic Risk Assessment tool, including updates and oversight Act as the main contact for risk-related advice and queries Maintain the Errors & Breaches register and monitor high-risk action points Assist in the mapping of the Risk Management Framework and business risk assessments Participate as a member of the New Business Committee and Risk Committee Provide risk-related training to relevant stakeholders Support the management of external audits and regulatory visits, including GFSC interactions   Job Requirements: Educated to degree level (desirable) or holder of relevant professional qualifications At least five years of experience in risk management frameworks, regulation, and controls Proven experience in policy and procedure development Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving abilities Commercial awareness with strong planning and organisational skills Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines   What You’ll Love:This role offers an opportunity to be part of an independent and forward-thinking firm, dedicated to supporting and valuing its people.
