Our client is seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join their team on a temporary full-time basis for the period of 2-3 months. This role involves managing front desk operations, assisting patients, and ensuring smooth daily clinic activities. Due to the need for end-of-day cover, the role requires flexibility in start and lunch times, with a required finish time of 6:15 pm. Click here to read more   Job Duties: Greet patients and visitors warmly, ensuring prompt and efficient service. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the reception and waiting areas. Manage patient appointments, including booking, checking, and updating as needed. Handle payments, issue invoices, and balance tills. Collect and verify patient details, ensuring records are current. Prepare doctors' rooms by tidying and stocking supplies daily. Open and close the reception area as required and ensure it is always staffed. Engage in Health and Safety and Risk Management training, ensuring adherence to protocols.   Job Requirements: Experience in a face-to-face customer service role. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Friendly, confident, and professional demeanour. High level of accuracy and good typing skills.
