Back to ResultsOur client is seeking a Senior Programme Manager to lead strategic change programmes focused on driving organisation-wide transformation. This permanent, full-time role can be based in either Guernsey or Jersey and will encompass all aspects of programme management, from initial planning and risk management to governance reporting, stakeholder engagement, and benefits realisation. Click here to read more Job Duties: Drive successful delivery and operation of the change portfolio. Engage with stakeholders at all levels to foster an agile mindset and a culture of change within the organisation. Manage relationships with external partners and suppliers to ensure effective delivery of change initiatives. Oversee resource and budget management, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Adhere to Continued Professional Development (CPD) requirements in line with qualification level and in-house procedures. Uphold core values and expected behaviours. Perform any other duties as deemed necessary by management. Job Requirements: Strong grades at GCSE and A Level or equivalent. Project Management qualification or relevant experience. Proven experience with agile methodologies and ability to drive an agile culture within a change management team. Practical experience in change management across the full cycle, including initiation, requirements gathering, delivery, benefits realisation, and review. Resource and team management experience, including prioritisation, workload management, and direct people management. Experience leading business analysis and change activities as a head of a team within a financial services environment.
