Our client is seeking a Group HR Manager to lead and manage all Human Resources matters across the group. This full-time role involves overseeing HR processes, updating company HR policies, and ensuring compliance with legislation across all jurisdictions. Click here to read more   Job Duties: Provide direct HR support to all locations on people-based activities Oversee and supervise day-to-day HR administration tasks and processes Update and distribute HR policies, ensuring alignment with current legislation Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee databases Advise senior management on employee relations matters Prepare and present quarterly HR activity reports for the Board Manage long-term absences and support managers in performance reviews and appraisals Coach and mentor line managers on conduct and capability issues Manage onboarding processes, including contracts and induction programmes Drive continuous improvement by streamlining and automating HR processes Oversee company benefits, including Private Medical Insurance and pensions Collate payroll data across all jurisdictions and coordinate payroll for the UK and Isle of Man Interpret and advise on employment law across all locations Provide salary benchmarking and guidance on salary reviews Update terms and conditions as necessary   Job Requirements: Proven experience as a Senior HR Advisor, HR Manager, or equivalent Level 5 CIPD qualification or equivalent Managerial experience with a willingness to pursue further qualifications Strategic awareness of employment legislation across jurisdictions Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR databases   What You’ll Love:This role offers the opportunity to provide meaningful HR leadership across multiple jurisdictions, driving a culture of inclusion and compliance.
