Our client is looking for a Junior Investment Administrator to join their investment administration team on a permanent basis. This role is an excellent opportunity for a motivated school or university leaver to gain hands-on experience in the financial services industry, supporting a diverse portfolio of private clients, companies, and intermediaries worldwide. The Junior Investment Administrator will receive full training, working in a fast-paced environment with responsibilities that span trade support, client account reconciliation, and investment risk monitoring. Click here to read more   Job Duties:  Generate daily reports and monitor investment data. Check trade orders pre-authorisation and execute trades accurately. Process payments, set up, and amend stock entries as required. Update and maintain security pricing information. Conduct and document Investment Risk Rating Reviews. Manage and maintain various internal spreadsheets for investment records. Add or remove securities on price feeds, ensuring accuracy in all updates. Reconcile client cash and stock accounts, investigating any discrepancies. Monitor and manage the central Investment email box, responding promptly to requests.   Job Requirements: Strong interest in investments and financial markets. High level of numeracy and attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines. Proficiency in Excel, including creating and using formulas. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Competency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
