Our client is seeking a Learning and Development Associate to join their dynamic team in either Guernsey or Jersey. This role involves supporting the Learning and Development (L&D) team by assisting in the delivery of key learning initiatives for the Channel Islands staff. The L&D Associate will help manage the learning calendar, track and report on training data, and support the event management of face-to-face and virtual training sessions. Click here to read more   Job Duties:  Proactively manage the learning and training calendar, ensuring all training sessions are scheduled and tracked. Track and report on training metrics, providing key data to measure the success of L&D initiatives. Support the end-to-end management of face-to-face, virtual, and blended learning experiences, ensuring smooth execution. Interact with the Learning Management System (LMS) to set up eLearning courses and curriculums created for the Channel Islands team. Provide data analysis to help track key metrics for learning and development activities. Work with stakeholders to understand their L&D needs and provide necessary support for their training requirements. Assist in identifying areas for improvement within the training programmes and help implement solutions. Manage competing demands and work efficiently under pressure, maintaining a professional and resourceful approach.   Job Requirements: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Proven ability to manage a training calendar, handling multiple priorities with ease. Demonstrated adaptability and the ability to manage varying requirements from different stakeholders. Interest or experience in working with data, with the ability to report and analyse key training metrics. Ability to manage pressure and conflicting demands in a fast-paced environment. Professional approach with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively within the team. Eagerness to study for a relevant professional qualification in the future. Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and identifying opportunities for improvements. Experience in event management, working with various stakeholders to deliver training events. Understanding of learning assessment and evaluation methods. Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau.
